Supervizor is a revolutionary fintech company leveraging machine learning to help businesses analyze their accounting data. Our mission is to transform auditing by automating controls on accounting and operational data, enabling rapid detection of errors and fraud. Currently in a growth phase, we are preparing to expand internationally, starting with the United States.
As a Platform Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily management and optimization of our platform. You will work closely with technical, product, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
Reporting to: Benjamin, Head of Customer Success & Support
Internal Relations: CSM, Support, Pre-Sales, Data
Your Role
• Configure the right parameters to ensure result consistency based on business workshop findings.
• Execute audit analyses.
• Handle client-specific requirements, such as:
• Adapt and modify control queries based on specific client needs.
• Improve existing control queries to reduce false positives and accommodate client data specifics.
• Work closely with the development teams to escalate technical issues and contribute to platform improvements.
• Ensure seamless communication with customer support to resolve user issues efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
Knowledge of SQL
Master’s degree (Grande École or university) in Corporate Finance, Audit, or Accounting (Holding a DSCG is a major plus! 🤩)
Ideally, previous experience in financial audit
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Passion for technology and interest in the dynamic world of startups
