Supervizor is an AI-based software designed to simplify the lives of internal audit teams. Our platform enables internal auditors to perform risk testing continuously, eliminating the need for traditional sampling methods. Supervizor continuously analyzes accounting and operational data to surface risk insights, anomalies, and potential fraud.

Founded in France in 2016, we expanded to the US by opening our New York office in April 2022. Our customer base in North America continues to grow, and we are now looking to expand our team.

In March 2024, Supervizor raised $22 million in funding to build the audit analytics platform of the future and establish a leading presence in the US market.

Position Overview:

As one of the first Enterprise Account Executives in our fast-growing US team, you'll play an integral role in building the foundation for our success and help us develop our core business working with B2B Enterprise / corporate clients in North America. In addition, you will demonstrate relentless customer focus by managing all aspects of the client relationship, including prospecting and qualification, and driving the sales process through a successful close.

Responsibilities: 

  • Hunter mentality - skilled at generating outbound leads through cold emailing, cold calling, researching, and networking
  • As the account owner for high-priority accounts, you will create tailored outreach strategies to interact with the target persona (CFOs, Head of Internal Audit & Control, VP Accounting) and convert first interests into opportunities
  • Revenue driving - lead the complete cycle sales process, including prospecting new leads, navigating the C-suite and business line owners, negotiating contracts, and closing new business 
  • Sell our solution with a consultative approach to demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Understand customer needs, and consult them on the value of Supervizor 
  • Negotiate complex deals
  • Help us build and refine our sales playbook in the US, and actively participate in hiring and training the sales team over 2023 and 2024

Your Skills: 

  • 3+ years experience hitting targets in a SaaS Business Development and Closing role  
  • Evidence of the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships  
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High energy and an appetite for growth and achieving objectives 
  • Curiosity - shows resilience and is not afraid to have tough conversations with customers. 
  • Agility to adapt to changes and challenges
  • Enthusiasm about the idea of joining a small team and participating in its development 
  • Excited to be part of a multicultural company
