Supervizor is a revolutionary fintech company that leverages machine learning technology to enable businesses to analyze their accounting data. Our mission is to transform auditing by automating the controls of accounting and operational data, facilitating the quick detection of errors and fraud. Currently in a growth phase, we are preparing to expand internationally, starting with the United States.

As a Product Owner within the "Design" team, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of solutions ensuring our product functions properly.

You will be responsible for the entire production cycle of our solutions, including:

  • Writing and analyzing requirements documents
  • Writing and analyzing functional and technical specifications
  • Testing developments and validating results
  • Managing production deployment
  • Software rollout

You will work closely with developers to build our solutions.

Role Objectives :

Phase 1 (0-1 month): Onboarding & Understanding Supervizor

  • Integration process guided by an experienced Product Owner
  • Training on Supervizor usage
  • Learning about business challenges (audit & internal control)
  • Exploring Supervizor’s control catalog

Phase 2 (1-6 months): Strengthening Software Design Skills

  • Studying requirements documents
  • Writing and analyzing technical & functional specifications
  • Handling basic design tasks
  • Understanding Supervizor's databases
  • Participating in internal development meetings

Phase 3 (6+ months): Confirmed Product Owner

  • Writing requirements documents
  • Managing more complex design topics independently
  • Leading and contributing to application development meetings

Candidate Profile:

 Must-Haves 

  • Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role (SaaS B2B).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of data models and data analysis tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to understand, interpret, and model complex data to derive actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects in an Agile environment, with proficiency in backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
  • Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Creativity, rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team while demonstrating strong analytical capabilities.


    Nice-to-haves
  • Dual expertise in Information Systems / Management - Accounting / Compliance.
  • Database skills (especially in SQL) would be a plus.
