Supervizor is an AI-based software designed to simplify the lives of internal audit teams. Our platform enables internal auditors to perform risk testing continuously, eliminating the need for traditional sampling methods. Supervizor continuously analyzes accounting and operational data to surface risk insights, anomalies, and potential fraud.
Founded in France in 2016, we expanded to the US by opening our New York office in April 2022. Our customer base in North America continues to grow, and we are now looking to expand our team.
In March 2024, Supervizor raised $22 million in funding to build the audit analytics platform of the future and establish a leading presence in the US market.
Position Overview:
As a CSM/Audit Project Manager at Supervizor, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with high-level stakeholders (CFO, Chief Accountant, Compliance Officer, Head of Audit and Internal Control, CIO, etc.) to support them through the various stages of deploying our Supervizor solution.
Your responsibilities are divided into three main areas:
Project Management
- Define and implement the deployment strategy, including conducting the project kick-off workshop, task allocation among key stakeholders, and scheduling.
- Organize and lead project follow-up meetings: steering committees, expert workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure user adoption of the solution and identify potential resistance to change.
Consulting and Expertise
- Understand the mechanics of accounting controls and assist clients in selecting controls tailored to their risk areas.
- Act as a consultant, leveraging your expertise to interpret financial data and advise clients during their investigations.
- Perform pre-investigations to demonstrate the added value of the solution.
Internal Projects
- Contribute to the development of the roadmap by prioritizing client needs.
- Identify upsell opportunities for your client portfolio and support the sales team until the deal is closed.
- Help improve internal processes: creating deliverables, participating in feedback sessions, and offering expertise on cross-functional topic
Candidate Profile:
- Ideally, you have had a significant first experience in financial auditing.

CPA certification.

1–2 years of experience in external or internal audit.

Proficiency in Excel and a strong affinity for working with data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
