You will manage a portfolio of clients (mid-sized businesses and large enterprises). Your role will be to know them, support them, nurture them, and turn them into Supervizor’s best clients. To do so:
- You will lead the sales team’s efforts, providing expert-level answers to prospects with a consultative approach.
- You will propose the best project tailored to qualified needs and handle the negotiation and closing of your deals.
- You will exceed your objectives and ensure the reliability of your reporting in the CRM.
- You will closely collaborate with our Business Development Representatives to target the best prospects and effectively qualify their needs and expectations.
- You will work with the Marketing team to identify Supervizor’s future clients and contribute to promotional initiatives by sharing your insights and expertise.
- Your deep understanding of our clients—their concerns and questions—will be a key asset in shaping the company’s strategy. Constantly in contact with the market, your feedback will be vital in improving our processes to drive continued growth.
